1. General

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our online store. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Products

We sell women’s stitched and unstitched clothing exclusively. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Colour Disclaimer: Product colours may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor settings and photography lighting. We do not consider minor colour variations as defects.

Sizing: Please refer to our size guide before placing an order. We are not responsible for sizing issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

3. Ordering

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability. You will be notified promptly if your order is cancelled.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of placing the order.

5. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is made directly to the courier upon receipt of your order. We do not accept online payments, bank transfers, or credit/debit card payments at this time.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship throughout Pakistan only. Free delivery is offered on all orders. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.

8. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

9. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information at the time of ordering.
  • Being available to receive your order at the provided address.
  • Reviewing your order details before confirming your purchase.
  • Contacting us promptly if there is an issue with your order.

10. Limitation of Liability

Amnas's Clothing Brand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or courier service disruptions.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Amnas's Clothing Brand and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or your use of our store shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
