Refund & Exchange Policy

At Amnas's Clothing Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The item is in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective or incorrect).

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind or size-related returns: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
  • Wrong, damaged, or defective items: Amnas's Clothing Brand will cover the full return shipping cost. Please contact us first before sending the item back.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email at Motenwala@yahoo.com or by phone at 03019356424.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item (if damaged or defective).
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions.
  4. Once approved, pack the item securely and send it to the address provided by our team.

Refund Process

Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account details provided by the customer. Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be offered instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Motenwala@yahoo.com or 03019356424 with your order number and photographs of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Colour Variation Disclaimer

Please note that colours may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor settings and photography lighting. Minor colour variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return or exchange.
