At Amnas's Clothing Brand, we understand that circumstances can change after placing an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.
Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible:

Please provide your order number and full name when requesting a cancellation. Once we confirm that your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and notify you accordingly.
After Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refuse delivery at the door, and the parcel will be returned to us. However, please note that repeated refusals may affect your ability to place future orders.
If you have refused delivery and the parcel is returned to us, please contact us to discuss your options.
Order Modifications
If you wish to change any details of your order (such as size, colour, or delivery address), please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee modifications once the order is being processed.
Cancellation by Amnas’s Clothing Brand
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- The item is out of stock or unavailable.
- Incorrect pricing was displayed due to a technical error.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of our platform.
- Failure to confirm the order via phone or WhatsApp when required.
In such cases, you will be notified promptly and no charges will be applied (as we operate on COD only).
