Payment Policy
At Amnas's Clothing Brand, we aim to make your shopping experience as simple and secure as possible. Please read our payment policy before placing your order.
Accepted Payment Method
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. This means you pay for your order in cash directly to the courier at the time of delivery. No advance payment is required.
How COD Works
- Browse our store and add your desired items to the cart.
- Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery details.
- Select Cash on Delivery as your payment method.
- Confirm your order. Our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify your order.
- Your order will be dispatched and delivered within 3–7 working days.
- Pay the exact order amount in cash to the courier upon delivery.
Order Verification
To prevent fraudulent orders and ensure smooth delivery, we may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch. Please ensure your contact number is accurate and reachable. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.
Currency
All prices are displayed and charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
No Online Payments
We do not currently accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, mobile wallets (such as JazzCash or EasyPaisa), or any other form of online payment. All transactions are completed in cash at the point of delivery.
Refunds
As we operate on a COD basis, approved refunds are processed via bank transfer to the customer’s provided bank account details. Please allow 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. For more details, please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy.
Pricing Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure that prices displayed on our website are accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you promptly.
