Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details and confirm your order. It’s that easy!

Do I need to create an account to order?

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and save your details for future purchases.

Can I change my order after placing it?

You can request changes (such as size, colour, or address) before your order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately at 03019356424 or Motenwala@yahoo.com. We cannot guarantee changes once the order is being processed.

Will someone contact me to confirm my order?

Yes, our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify your order before dispatch, especially for first-time customers.


Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship across Pakistan?

Yes! We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is completely free on all orders, nationwide.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Which courier service do you use?

We use a mix of reputable courier services depending on your location to ensure the best possible delivery experience.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery.


Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay in cash to the courier when your order arrives at your door.

Do you accept online payments or bank transfers?

No. We currently do not accept credit/debit cards, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfers. All payments are made in cash upon delivery.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for full details.

How do I return an item?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or phone with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or sizing issue, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If the item is wrong, damaged, or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.

How will I receive my refund?

Since we operate on COD, approved refunds are processed via bank transfer to your provided account details within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.


Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.


Products

What types of clothing do you sell?

We sell women’s stitched and unstitched clothing, including a wide range of styles suitable for everyday wear and special occasions.

Are the colours accurate in the photos?

We do our best to display product colours accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting. Minor colour differences are not considered defects.

How do I choose the right size?
